I highly doubt it would do anything, but go in for the free one and then wait a week before making any decision to pursue. Couldn't hurt. As far as I know, body wraps only dehydrate you and you may lose water weight. Also, any company that has to say "It works!" in the title is trying too hard to convince me and therefore loses my confidence.
I was told by a consultant that in order for it to work, you have to drink nothing but water because the wrap dehydrates you.0 -

My husband tried them and so did I.......no results, definitely not with the money.0
