Has anyone tried the Daniel Craig workout?

Anyone out there tried the Daniel Craig workout? I just did a google search and most of the results had about the same lifting routine. Curious if anyone out there has tried it!

there is a workout I would like to do with Daniel Craig but it does not involve lifting. well lifting barbells anyway. ;0)

off to google..I have to know what this is now. 'cause I am curious. in my experience anything lifting is good...

all the exercises listed are weight lifting moves that are going to do great things for your body. Perhaps check out something like stronglifts.com or New Rules of LIfting for Women to get you started and you will see that those exercises are included in those *routines*. IMO you can never go wrong with heavy lifting.

any ___place celebrity name here____ workout probably wasn't even done by them.
And the results often come from nutrition and/or drug use along with the training program.

actors gain ridiculous amounts of weight/muscle in as little as a few months for roles. they don't do that naturally.

    Ed Zachary.

All these celebrity workouts are generic bullsh!t put together and then the name is slapped on them to sell magazines. There's generally nothing wrong with the workouts except that simpler non-celebrity named routines are usually simpler and more effective.

Yea bro. It's funny how alot of people think these actors are natural.

    Chris Hemsworth
    Taylor Lautner
    Gerard Butler
    Ryan Reynolds
    Matthew Mcconaughey

All these guys at some point in their careers were given something that isn't legal to help them put on a little muscle and cut up FAST. Chris Hemsworth in THOR...um yea thats not natural. Taylor in the Twilight New Moon movie? hahah. Matthew Mcconaughey in Reign of Fire? Yea that isn't natural either.

Nope. I'm interested in results and progress, not fads.

Most of what they likely used, I'd be willing to bet, is legal. It's just not allowed if you wanna cycle =).
