the scale won't budge

Hey all--
So I feel like I have been gaining and losing the same 5 pounds for the last 2 months. All together, I'm down about 35 pounds and really close to goal. But it seems like I'm up 2 pounds one day, down 3 the next, back up 2 the next. I do weight every day which helps keep me focused, so please don't suggest i weight once a week--that disastrous for me.
However at the same time I notice my clothes are fitting way better, and I just got into a pair of size 4 slacks with no give that didn't fit me 2 weeks ago. I know that should make me happy but it's actually more frustrating. I weigh more than I did a week ago, so wtf?? I know muscle weighs more than fat, but I really don't think I'm gaining muscle.
So you know, I keep it at my 1200 cals every day and workout about 5 times a week. Anyone else in the the same boat? How do I get that scale to move?? This is depressing.
