Quick and Easy Breakfast Ideas

OK guys and gals, I need help figuring out this whole breakfast thing. I need something quick (something I can make and freeze and then throw in the microwave in the morning is what I'm thinking) and easy that's filling. Bonus points if it's vegetarian. Extra bonus points if it's vegetarian and my meat-eating husband will like it!
I'm usually a granola bar type of person, but that's getting old, quick!

Smoothie using a stick blender (quick to rinse under the tap): strawberries or blueberries and spinach (all frozen and defrosted so no prep), a banana, whey protein powder, whole milk to thin to preferred consistency. Cocoa powder or peanut butter if wished.
Porridge (oatmeal made with milk not water): soak jumbo oats and unsweetened fried fruit overnight, microwave in the morning, top with nuts or seeds.
Parfait: low sugar granola layered with canned red grapefruit, pineapple and Greek yoghurt.
Low fat soft cheese mixed with crunchy peanut butter OR cocoa powder and sweetener, frozen cherries or raspberries and half a canned peach.0 -
You don't have to eat breakfast if you don't want to, it's nothing special for weight loss
With that being said,
Breakfast burritos (something like eggs and beans would be vegetarian) they freeze well
Make massive amounts of pancakes and freeze, could also make them thinner, not as thin as a crepe, and fill with jam/jelly and roll
