Old, But New

Hi!

I'm Steffi and I'm introducing myself like a good member.

I've had the myfitnesspal app on my phone for a while, but I've decided to really try loosing weight. I was told by my doctor that I should try exercising and eating better food. So, yes! Here I go.

I'm looking to loose 30 pounds, but sometimes I'm kind of at a loss as to what to do. I've never tried to loose weight before.
