What to eat.....

I am going to be spending 4 days at a conference next week and they plan our day from 7 am - 10 pm. We are stuck in the hotel the entire time and they provide all our meals (300+ employees). I usually have a smoothie in the am and then eat several small meals every 2-3 hours. The meals they provide tend to be very heavy in the meat and potatoes department. Any suggestions on snacks that I can pack to keep me on track?

Assuming no way to keep things cold ... almonds, fruit, peanut butter, jerky.

Just eat less meals, unless you plan on bringing a snack for everyone as it would be rude if you ate and didn't share

Will you not be able to order and pay for extra vegetables and not eat the potatoes? Do they cater for vegetarians or diabetics? Could take fresh produce that don't need to be refrigerated like bananas, apples, oranges, grapefruit, avocado, carrots, mango. Any canned or unsweetened dried fruits. Presumably some form of dairy will be supplied at breakfast?
