    I don't log the sugar I put in my morning coffee, but if I sweeten it with honey I do log that. Strange. I know.

    I log the spices I use but make them 0 amount because I don't want to include the calories of spices in my dishes LOL

    I switched from sweetner to real sugar in my coffee, and have been logging with the sweetner calorie amount. :)

    I work overnight at a group home... and sometimes I sneak pudding cups. Once I forgot to throw out the evidence, and totally blamed it on one of the individuals when a coworker found it!
