Getting back on the bandwagon

When you fall off of the bandwagon, how do you get back on again?
I stopped going to the gym about two months ago due to health reasons, but since those issues went away I just haven't been back. Lost my drive, got too distracted, feel too busy and stressed. I've maintained where I was when I stopped, but I know that's not good enough reason to not go back to the gym (...there's never a good reason, I don't think.)
Any tips for re-motivating?
