I have Customized my Goals in my settings. A good % place to start is 40% protein - 30% Good Fats - 30% Quality Carbs

Generally I recommend to try to get at least 100g of protein a day ( preferably 1g protein per lb of lean muscle mass).

Get more protein and clean up the carbs you are getting. [Limit your artificial sweeteners/diet/chemically enhanced pre packaged diet "food"]

I would try to do something about the amount of "processed" foods you are eating. Carbs look ok, but you should consider rye bread.

    corn bread? chicken nuggets? pasta?

you seem okay on calories but these aren't great sources of carbs, especially if you're not working out.

If you are going to use ratios, use a 40/30/30 carb/protein/fat ratio. Your carbs are not that high. I would guess, since you are a nurse, that you are on your feet a lot. If this is accurate, then you will need the carbs for energy.

As far as food choices, I didn't see anything in there that was glaring. Except for the frozen Coke. Not saying that anything is wrong with it, but 32 oz. was a lot for your numbers. Anyway, there really are no bad foods, just bad amounts.

Change your ratios and stay within those guidelines and you should be ok.
