Before and After Photos

So I just took my first set of before pictures. I've already lost 22 lbs, I wish that I would have done this at my heaviest. I just really just need to work on my mid-section and lift my booty a little. Any exercise/diet advice is appreciated.

I did find this picture which is me at my heaviest- 160 lbs.
This is my after for now. Hopefully I can take another one soon showing more progress!

Body weight squats won't help. You have to use some weight, and if you do it properly it can help if you have knee pain or something.
I went from 165 to 186 in one year when i moved to USA and i got knee pain, now i've started training (one month ago) and my knee pain is gone.
I mainly do squats, deatlifts, rows, overhead/bench press. NO MACHINES, free weights only!0 -
