Is that good or not because I'm 18 and play baskeball but I've taken a season off for about a year gained 30 pounds because of birth control ! leave any tips you have

Yeah, your weight can fluctuate by up to 5 lbs daily from water weight. More if you talk to different people. Good Luck : )0
