Hi all!

Looking to track my cals as I tend to go to extremes from not eating enough to binging uncontrollably. Hoping this will keep me accountable. :) Thanks!

I find MFP is really a good way to stay on track and not binge. I set my mind to lose 42 lbs back in May. I have now lost 43 lbs and I am feeling much better!
I have been maintaining now for one month, I am doing fine and I give the credit to MFP. I never wrote down anything I ate in the past. This is first for me and I think it is great, especially cause it's FREE and we have so many people out there motivating.

The other thing is to create a good support group here. It really helps to keep the motivation going and positive reinforcement is very helpful to feel you are not doing this alone!!!
