Fat2Fit says I need to be eating 2,100 calories day. I'm aiming for around 1,500... give or take a few with breastfeeding. What is healthy? Does eating fewer calories really reduce my weight loss?

Yes it does. But if you go too low you'll be shooting yourself in the foot.0 -

So, what is too low? I have 100 pounds to lose. I seem to hang around 1,200-1,500 calories a day. BMR says my goal should be 2,100 a day. Is this an acceptable deficit?0
