C25K Problems

So today I started W2D1 of couch to 5k after doing some light stretches. I did the 5 minute warm up walk and then the 90 second jog and then I felt a bad pain in my inner thigh of my right leg. I thought it was a cramp, so I stopped and tried to stretch it out, but it wouldn't stop hurting, so I walked/limped home and here I am. It's been about an hour and there's been no improvement, my inner thigh is just killing me; it hurts most when I move it or walk on it.

I realize you aren't doctors here, but I was wondering if anyone had the same problem, or could give me insight as to a probable cause? I'm only 18 and I have no health problems/ not overweight, so I'm not sure why this would happen.
