Intermediate or advanced advice/critique?

Hey guys, looking for some critique really on my current program bodybuilding split from any intermediate or advanced lifters out there, I know there are a few out there roaming about somewhere. Been lifting for 3 years, and now coming onto about 7 months intense.
My current split looks like this:

Week 1 - Hypertrophy

Mon : Chest
Tues: Back
Wed: Biceps, Triceps, Forearms
Thur: Shoulders
Fri: Quads
Sat: Hamstrings, Calves
Sun: CNS recovery, LISS cardio

Week 2: Hypertrophy
same split
Week 3: Hypertrophy
Week 4: Hypertrophy
Week 5: Strength
Week 6: Strength
Week 7: De-load

Repeat.

I have 2 hypertrophy workouts which I alternate each week, it would take too long to write it all down so ill just use Chest day as an example.

Week 1 - Hypertrophy
Chest
- Barbell Bench 80kg x 4 set x 10
- Dumbbell Fly 12.5kg* x 4 set x 10
- Incline Dumbbell Press 30kg* x 4 x 10
- Incline Cable Fly 10kg* x 4 x 10
- Decline Cable Fly 15kg* x 4 x 10
- Dips bodyweight x 7 x 6

Week 2 - Hypertrophy
Chest
- Dumbbell Bench 32.5kg* x 3 x 8
- Peck deck 47kg x 3 x 8
- Incline Bench Press 70kg x 3 x 8
- Incline Dumbbell Fly 14kg* x 3 x 8
- Decline Bench Press 50kg x 3 x 8
- Cable flys but the ones where you set the pin at the bottom and you sort of pull up the cables while squeezing the chest i forget what its called. 15kg* x 5 x 6

Week 5 Strength is same routine as Week 1 hypertrophy but with rep range 3 x 3 for all major lifts.
Week 6 Strength = week 2 routine, rep range 6 x 1 all major lifts

Sorry if I bored with this long topic, but if any advanced guys could critique what I've laid out and shed some perspective on their experience it would give me some ideas, regarding exercises, tempo, rep range and other stuff. All my exercises I try to maintain maximum contractions and on my hypertrophy weeks I tense for about 3 - 5 seconds straight after sets.

Thanks guys in advance. Though I've been doing it for 3 years I'm still learning every single day.
