Do add up!!
I've been at my highest almost 195 (2002) and got down at some point to 130 (too quickly for my own good).
It isn't until now that I'm really learning what its all about, balance and being happy with the person I am.
I'm a big believer that if it's not a physical ailment, many times we become overweight because we feed our sadness, loneliness or just plain unhappiness with our lives with food.
I found my happiness, for me it was a happy healthy relationship in which I could finally SEE my worth. After so many others that tore me down and left me empty. I am now steadily losing weight and cherishing every single pound that comes off even if it takes a whole week!
I started at 165 here and am now almost down under 150 almost.
I just wanted to hopefully inspire others too look deep within themselves for motivation to become a better you!:flowerforyou:
