plateau

I been using mfp for almost 10 months now and lost an unbeliveable amount for me. The last 4 weeks i havnt lost a pound or gain some say i hit my plateau where my body wants to be and the way is to do more exercise of less carlories any ideas ?

    I would recommending eating at maintenance for a month and then trying again. Your body could just be sick and tired of losing weight and is telling you no more. This way, you'll switch it up and it will be used to more steady calories and will shed the weight again.

    Change up your exercise,do more strength training and change your cardio.
