percentages for carbs/fat/protein

I just started using myfitness pal this week. I am gettting things figured out now. i was curiosu what people have for percentages for carbs/fat/protein. right now they have me as 55% carbs, 30% fat, and 15% protein. I am 5"9 163 right now looking to get down to 145-150 and to also tone the body up. does anyone have suggestions on what my percentages should be. i work out 4 times a week. usually an hour of cardio then weight lifting on machines.
