Does anyone got some motivational pictures of their stomachs from before and afters( especially ones who have had kids and managed to get the nice tummys!) I just want to see if you work hard enough if you can get ur figure back. Feel free to show during too! THANKS!

  • I have 2 kids and actually gained weight, just lost body fat.

    I used to be a dancer when I was in my preteens and I was pretty toned before I was injured and had to stop. Obviously gained weight. I have not had a baby but my HW of 178 did get me some stripes on my sides. That was long ago, and I was 145-155 for years with a jiggly belly still, but in the last three short months I have gotten down to about 130 and I am pretty happy with my tummy now. I test it every now and then looking at a mirror while I do jumping jacks. I know, how could I possibly torture myself more? lol but where I used to cower and leave the mirror in misery now I am pretty impressed to see a fairly thin layer of jiggle over an apparently strong core -- better than my dancing days! Of course, my body is very different now because I'm not a little girl anymore, but still. This is definitely the best I have ever looked and I cannot believe I didn't just take 3 months out of my whole life to make myself better sooner. I could have grown up so much happier but I let my injuries define me for so long. Not anymore!

    This is after 4 children. My baby is 14 months now. I have been mostly staying within my calories (I cheat too often or it'd happen faster) and exercising 5 days a week, Tae Bo, Jillian Michaels, running, or something!
