Four weeks into my offseason kicked in off slowly as I just had nationals and don't want to spill over to much to soon.
Aiming at a 1/2 pound (0.2kg) a week.
Planning to bulk until March 2014 hopefully having enough muscle mass to get my natural pro card for the INBA federation.
