FAMISHED after evening workout!!!

Hi! I love to go to the gym after work. I sometimes get there around 5:00pm, so I'll have a yogurt before and work out until 7:00 ish. I don't want to eat a huge supper, so I'll cook 100g of fish, some veggies... That was tonight, but I am still really hungry afterwards and tonight I had some thin crackers and PB... I was STARVING! I need some post workout suggestions to keep me going please!

    A good protein powder like Gnc pro 60...works great for me helps with next day soreness also.

    We could help more seeing your diary & what you're consuming during the day prior to working out. Your body may be sending you the warning signals that it is not getting what it needs to be at its optimum performance, hence, extreme hunger after working out (also, depending on the intensity of the workouts).
