Doesn't the package say? Usually oatmeal is measured on the ingredient label in 1/2-cup increments. Multiply that by two to get the calories in one cup, then divide that by three to get the number for 1/3 cup.
Editing to say that McCann's label says 1/4 cup has 150 calories. So that's 600 in a full cup, 200 in 1/3 cup. HTH.0 -
I buy loose and bulk.. and typically I forget to write down the calories LOL... I think I found the answer on calorieking.... 300 calories x cup... so should be 1000
