I am really just starting an excercise program and I wanted to know if anyone had thoughts about this program. I tried it this morning, got a bit sweaty and my hr did definately increase. Has anyone used it for an extended time? How were your results. I have alot of weight to lose and I have some arthritis issues in hips/knees. Thanks for any input.
