Changing Gyms!!!????

Hi MFP! I have been going to the gym for over a year and a half. Lost some weight and ready for 2013 and hitting my goal with another 20# to go! I mix it up and do everything from hiking to Zumba, spin, Strength, yoga, step even running ( not my favorite!)

I just switched gyms! When I went in to cancel my membership it was scary and like changeing jobs. I went to the new gym yesterday and I know it was the BEST decision I could have made!!!! The people are so friendly and helpful. There is so much variety and great strength training which is what I want to focus on. I took 2 classes yesterday a Cozmosize class, like crossfit training, and a challenging yoga class! I'm sore today and it's GREAT!!!!!!

I work out on average 5 days a week. With the holidays here I thought it was the perfect time to switch and start something new, instead of waiting until Jan 1 along with the rest of the world! I am on Fire and ready to go!!!!

So the quote I am keeping in my mind for 2013 is...TAKE PRIDE IN HOW FAR YOU HAVE COME - HAVE FAITH IN HOW FAR YOU CAN GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Great quote! I tend to switch up gym's every couple of years to keep things fresh. I'm so looking forward to 2013 being a fit year!!!
