I have lost most of my weight, I got off track for a few months and gained back almost 7lbs ( I am almost 5' 3") 7lbs is huge. I got back tracking my food last week and have dropped 3lbs. I am going to start exersising next month and I have two options. Boot Camp or Zumba. I am 9lbs from my goal weight and I really need to tone up and drop body fat%. Which should I do first, one month of Zumba and then in Feb do a month of Boot Camp? Or, should I do it the other way?

I would probably do boot camp first. Seems like that would work better for your goals of toning up.0

I don't know if this is an option for you but I take Zumba and strength training classes twice a week (and then any other fill in workouts) at my gym because they happen to be scheduled one on top of the other. So it's an hour of cardio and then strength/cardio (depending on the instructor, one lean towards pure strength workouts, the other does a mix). I've been taking this pair for the past month or two now and love it. If it's not too much time/activity/money - try both!0

I have thought about that, Zumba is right after the boot camp, it is only $5 more0
