Everyone is different. I maintain at 5'9" and 125, eating 2000 calories of GOOD food (veggies, lean protein, etc.). I get in an adequate amount of exercise, putting in about 5 hours at a medium to high intensity with cardio and weights.
I know others who struggle to get to the high end of their BMI at 1300 calories. If I continued to eat at 1300 to 1400 calories like I did in weight loss mode, I'd weigh 100 lbs. That would NOT be good!0 -
I'm 5'10" and I'm thinking 200 will be my goal for now. As I get closer, I'll be focusing more on body fat % than scale weight.
Currently, I have approx 155 lbs LBM and I want to maintain as much of it as possible, so if I achieve that goal, then I'm not likely to get much lower than 190. That would put me around 22% BF, which I am more than happy with. I have boobs and I don't want to lose them!0 -
I'm 5'8" and 114lbs. I'd like to get to 125-130 by next year, but honestly I'd like to put on as much muscle as I possibly can.0

I weighed myself a few days ago and I still weighed 140(my start weight) but I know I'm losing because I can see my pooch shrinking everyday.0 -
5'6 and my GW is 148-145 I would really like to see 145 even for a day lol but I will be happy to get under 150 currently I am 167.50

I am 5' 7' and right now I'd be happy with 175. I would never go lower then 165, I was once and everyone thought I was anorexic. (And in truth I had to eat very little to maintain that weight, I have a large frame though)0

6'11" goal weight is 240, currently 265. Lowest ever was 215 and I looked like a flag pole.0

I'm 5'10.5" and my current GW is 160, but in the end I won't care if my weight goes up a bit if my BF% goes lower. I currently have 3 lbs left to lose to reach that GW so I know it will happen.0

5'11 and right now I'm 148. My goal was 157. I'm happy where I am. Now I just have to keep the cheesecake out of my mouth long enough to enjoy my success! LOL0

5'0 and my goal weight is 145. Any thinner and I'd look weird. I know they claim there's no such thing as big boned but

5'4" and my goal is 125. Once I get into the "healthy" range I will reassess. I haven't been "healthy" since high school or college and honestly, never weighed myself until recently. I may find that 130 or even 140 is just fine for me. I still have over 20 pounds to get there. I'd really like to be a size 8, whatever weight that might be.0

5'9", first goal weight around 150, then I'll go from there. It's more about bodyfat % for me, which I want to get to a max 15%. From looking at pics, and depending on my bone and muscle structure, I suspect I'll be happy somewhere between 120 and 140, probably somewhat towards the higher end as I'm pretty sure I've got big bones and I've always been on the muscular side.0

I'm 5'8" and my initial goal weight is 186lbs. Which I know seems heavy, until I say that that's lighter than I was at 13yo and over 100lbs lighter than my SW.0

5'7" and 130-135'ish I was rail thin at 120, so need to add some to be reasonable. Currently at 191 and just entered the Overweight Zone from the Obese.0
