Anyone form Long Island need a work-out buddy?

I live in Franklin Square. Would love someone to work-out with. I love running/jogging...even in the cold! However, now that it gets dark so early, I kind of get scared to run with headphones on in the dark. I always feel like someone is going to come up behind me (that's what happens when you grow up in the South Bronx :-)

I used to belong to Synergy, but cancelled my membership because I took to working out outdoors and then doing weights/circuit training at home. However, you belong to Synergy and would like a work-out partner, I'll consider rejoining!
