The Good News and the Bad News

The Bad News: I stepped on the scale this morning and was 2 1/2 lbs heavier than yesterday morning! No rhyme or reason to it - perhaps my muscles were retaining H2O from the intense boot camp class I took last night???

Tthe Good News: I measured myself and lost 1 1/2 inches from my waist since I last measured 1 1/2 weeks ago!!

The REALLY Good News: I got whistled at at the gym this morning!:blushing: I walked past a couple of the trainers that I see every morning, and when I first heard it I just kept walking, thinking "That couldn't possibly be for me!" But then when I turned to walk upstairs I looked back and they were still staring at me with smiles on their faces!! Woo hoo, what a great feeling - so I stayed for Zumba AND yoga because I was so pumped! Nothing like a little positive feedback to keep a girl motivated. :bigsmile:

    Losing inches is what really matters anyway!! It's always nice to get attention and good that you used it as extra motivation. Keep up the great work!
