No START is horrible. It's a start and the only place to go from there is somewhere else. You'll get this c25k thing - who cares if you spend 6 weeks on week one. You got everyone who didn't move today beat. Slow down a little, but know eventually "it" will click and you will do it. I was in your shoes in March. The click was great, but was a long time coming. Keep moving toward it - you almost have it I bet. Don't stop before you get there.0

Check around your area and see if there are any running clubs. Having someone to run with can help you get past the tough parts.0
