I hate protein bars and not overly fond of celery etc. Any ideas for healthy in between meal snacking? I tried nuts etc, but want want to add some variety. Thanks for your responses!

I'm not a huge celery fan either, in fact I never eat it other than chopped up in soups, etc.
Some of my favorite snacks:
Sugar snap peas
Baby carrots
Red (or yellow or orange) bell peppers
Cherry or grape tomatoes
- dip any or all of these in hummus
Plain Greek yogurt with fresh blueberries (or any fresh fruit) and honey
Sliced apple dipped in peanut or almond butter
Dark chocolate dipped in peanut or almond butter
Raisins
String cheese stick (also pairs well with an apple)
Popcorn (pop your own in a brown paper bag in the microwave, top it with coconut oil or whatever seasoning you like - much healthier and cheaper than the store-bought micro stuff)0 -
Cottage cheese with a fruit ( currently I include pomagranate seeds). Fresh fruit, cheese and a few crackers, hummus is delicious! Guacamole is good, dipped with carrots or pepper. some granola bars are good. Sting cheese is awesome!0
