6 lbs in 2 weeks too much?

Hi guys! I recently started getting back into MyFitnessPal. It helped me lose a little over 15lbs before, but I've gained it back since and now I'm trying to get back on track.
I've been using it for about 2 weeks now. At the beginning of those two weeks, I weighed 191.2 and now I'm down to 185.5 as of this morning...and these last couple mornings I've weighed around 188 so it seemed like a pretty normal loss. I'm just wondering if what I'm seeing is water weight. I mean, I'm not unhappy about it but I also don't want to be putting my body under too much stress.
My diary is open if you want to take a peek.

You can fluctuate up to five pounds depending on the food you ate recently, your hormones/cycle, your pattern of eating (is it regular, or sporadic?), how much sleep, exercise, and water you've been getting. You're fine.

Usually when you change your eating habits, you'll see big losses at first, but then things will even out and slow down. Remember these 6 pounds if you have a week of no loss!!0
