Hi! Motivation tips???

:happy: Hi, I am new to the website side of MyFitnessPal.... I've been using the mobile app for about a month and love it! I was wondering if I could get some advice on motivation? Tracking my calories has been a lot easier with the app but it's the working out where I'm stalling! Used to be a gym rat but with the new work schedule and new state, it's been hard to get started back. Any advice?? Thanks!
