Looking for advice on the easiest low calorie foods

Hi there,

I'm new to myfitnesspal. I'm looking to connect with people who have common goals around weight loss. Unfortunately I don't have much time to exercise but I'm keen to learn about low calorie foods the prevent me from grabbing junk food which I have a tendancy to do.

    Fruits and vegetables. Melons are very tasty and very low cal.

    my go to foods: I eat most of these daily

    -scrambled egg whites with 2% cheddar melted on top.
    -Sara lee 45 calorie honey wheat bread
    -turkey deli meat
    -protein bars
    -fat free greek yogurt
    -FRUITS & VEGGIES
    -peanut butter

    If youre on the go - keep some nuts in the car with a banana and some carrots. Keep yourself hydrated & full with water.

    Light bread
    Apples
    Bananas
    Baby Carrots
    Sugar peas
    Tuna in water
    Sweet potatoes (microwave)
    Natural peanut butter
    Bagel thins
    Grilled chicken strips
    Deli meat
    Lettuce
    Low calorie wraps
    Pepper slices
    98% fat free hot dogs (45 calories)
    Fat free american cheese slices
    Natural almond 100 calorie packs
    Grapes

    Both are very low in calories.

    Also popcorn (air popped)
