Good evening snack ideas?

I usually have air popped popcorn with a little flavored seasoning sprinkled on or spritz some I can't believe it's not Butter spray on it. However I am looking to change it up a bit. Any suggestions? Things that meet that "munchies" feeling, but is still nice and low cal.

veggie plate with low cal ranch
crackers and cheese(low cal, though I am a cheese fiend, so I save up calories for after dinner some nights;-))
low cal chips, puffs or the like.
    Trail mix
  • I use to be a big cheese addict, but I have worked hard to kick it. LOL!

Vita chocolate muffins 50-100 calories. A bananna dipped in pb2. Pb2 is very low in calories. It is peanut butter with all the fat taken out!

If you're looking for crunchy and healthy, I love roasted chick peas, asparagus, or green beans. Wash, dry thoroughly, toss with a teaspoon of olive oil sprinkle with salt. Roast at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes until they start to turn brown. They come out crispy and really flavorful.

For quick and easy, I like having 100 calories worth of whole almonds (about 18). It's odd given the small quantity, but to me they are very filling.

For sweet, I like to make the 3-2-1 cake. Look in the recipe database or google it. Super simple, excellent portion control. Calories vary based on which cake mixes you use.
