Hey everyone, my fellow dieters!
I was stumbling in my free time; for those of you who don't know what I mean, check out stumbleupon.com. Anywho... while I was stumbling I came across these two pages providing insight to everyday healthy food options and recipes. I have posted the links, please check them out. The best part about the healthy recipes are that they are made in slow cookers!! This makes it an easy and filling meal :) I also I learned that one large kiwi has 84 mg in Vitamin C, holy cow! And so many everyday food are great for slimming down :) I'm so excited.
