Chalean Extreme or 30 day Shred??

Hi. I need opinions...which do you prefer Chalean Extreme or 30 Day Shred? Please tell me why you prefer each.

    I don't know anything about Chalean Extreme, but 30 day Shred kicks my butt every time I do it. It really does get easier after about 6 days but if I stop for any reason and then go back it is hard. The first day I couldn't even walk up the stairs about an hour after I finished!!! It makes you feel like it's working, that's for sure. :)
