Hello from NC!

Hey I'm Shannon. I'm 26 and I live in NC and I am not new here but I never really put an intro on here.
I have always been the "thick" girl, never really "fat" and then I had two kids and they did a number on my body.
Before I was pregnant I was 160 at my heaviest and I got up to 220 with my second child. After he was born I was
200/205
Since January 2011 I have lost a total of 55 lbs but I am now only 40 lbs lighter. I had two surgeries and one injury
that caused me to gain weight.
Now I am back at my prepregnancy weight but I look nothing like I did before pregnancy. My goal is to be around 150/145 and into a size 8 before my I turn 27 if my stomach lets me!
Then my 30th birthday present wtill be a tummy tuck (My doctors have told me nothing I do as far as exercise will get my stomach muscles to go back together and get the extra skin to go away).
I'm not looking to melt away fat with a 1200 calorie diet that will just bring the fat back the minute I eat anything else. I have been eating the calories my BMR says I need and working out with lots of Zumba and weight training.
If anyone else is on the same journey I'd love to have you as a friend!
