Woo Hoo... broke my 200lbs wall! :)

I finally broke my 200lbs wall. I have tried getting in shape several times throughout the years and would go down to 205lbs, 203lbs but would never get below 200lbs. My highest weight was 253lbs.

Well today I finally went past 200lbs. 197.8lbs.

I don't think I have been below 200lbs. in about 20 years. :)

It's great motivation. 190lbs next! :D My goal is around 170lbs.

Not going to be so easy with some travelling and the holidays coming up. I find getting fit is a lot easier when you have a constant routine.

CONGRATS!!!! I was in pretty much the exact same boat, so I can really relate to how good that feels. I recently fell below 200 for the first time since high school, after being up to around 255 at my heaviest. I'm also trying to get to around 170, I'm at about 182 now. WE CAN DO THIS!!!
  • What a huge achievement! Isn't it ONE-derful??

Congratulations!!!! I know this feeling I hit it last month, but due to health issues I have now gained 4 lbs back mostly water I presume) which puts me at 201 lbs. I am sure I can get there again. Good on you for making it!!
