I woke up this morning climbed on the scale as I do every morning and low and behold my weight starts with a 1, I couldn't believe it, I haven't weighed less than 200 in more than a decade. Then I ran my locale "jingle bell run" 5k and set a PR 26.06 my last PR was 26.41. I realized today as well, hot chics are nicer to you if you're skinnier lol.
