Help...I joined so that I could get an extra boost. I have more than plateaued. I am down right stuck. I did everything the right way. Eating healthy, exercising, and now it is just not enough. So any healthy advise is greatly accepted. I never wrote a thing down, and am hoping that by putting it on paper, it might be helpful to see where I am making my mistakes. Also changing my workout routine to mornings. I am hitting the gym before work rather than after. Seeing if the change in time makes any difference. Doing M_W_F 1 hour on the treadmill. Working on getting my time down on my miles. T Th weights at home. Saturday...Day off. Sunday focus on core. Also from home.
