Need help with TDEE.

Options
Okay so there are some things I do not understand.
I was told to find my TDEE and subtract 20% of that for steady weight loss.

My TDEE us 3,710 and subtracting 20% of that is 2,968.

FIRST QUESTION: IS THAT WHAT IM SUPPOSED TO EAT IN CALORIES EVERYDAY? MFP GIVES ME 1840.

Then I see what they give me for percentages on work out days anad rest days in terms of fat, carbs, protein etc.

Rest Day
Protein - 44% 290 g
Carbs 25% 162g
Fat 30% 87g

Work out Day
Protein 37% 290g
Carbs 36% 272g
Fat 32% 121g

BUT MFP GIVES ME
Protein 62g
Carbs 256g
Protein 70g

^^^ and this is with no exercise calculated in and secendary life style.

SECOND QUESTION: THE NUMBERS BETWEEN THE TDEE SITE AND MFP ARE WAYYYY OFF. WHICH ONES SHOULD I FOLLOW?

Can someone help me figure this out? I've been eating better and working out for 3+ weeks now and am back and forth the same two pounds and I am frustrated.

I'm currently 5'7
290 pounds
26 years old
Secendary life style
looking to lose about 1 1/2- 2 pounds a week.

Help?!

Where did you get your 3710 TDEE from?

    That seems really high

I've just put your info in, and only get 2510 as a TDEE

is it possible you've input something incorrectly, or said you're male instead of female?
