Bone Spur in Wrist and lifting?

I have been having pain in my wrist for the past few weeks and turns out I have a bone spur on the ulnar side. I have vertical motion, but limited supination when twisting in. I haven't let it keep me from the gym and have just been modifying my grip/hand placement for various exercises. I'm going to start back into a dedicated lifting routine in January and was wondering if there were any lifting gloves/wrist wraps (for women) that could be recommended. I have additional medical tests coming up to see if there is any additional damage to my wrist, but again, I don't plan on this sidelining me 100% so a glove/wrap will come in handy.
