I received my latest copy of Woman Day magazine today. As I was browsing through it, the article "The Power of Two" mentions the website myfitnesspal.com as a site where "you can connect with like-minded friend." I thought that was interesting. If I hadn't found this site before now, I would have immediately checked it out.

That's cool Word of mouth is an amazing thing. I actually found MFP through one of my friends complaining about it, saying they had gotten 'obsessed' with it. So I HAD to check it out, and boy am I glad she hated MFP!
