Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Nope not even close

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Won $200 at the casino :smokin: Didn't overdue it at the buffet

What would I have done differently? Nothing.... spent the day drinking and gambling... :drinker:

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories, drink lots of water, and go for a walk.

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories, improve my knee at rehabilitation, lose 2-3 lbs this week.

    What would I have done differently? Gotten outside for a little cold air - could have shoveled the walk

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went for a walk during the swim meet ... did really well on exercise and eating Friday & Saturday

    What would I have done differently? didn't need to eat quite as much at the buffet ... I also spent the evening drinking and gambling and was relatively happy to leave the casino even ... but wish I would have won $200 like Goldk!

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories, drink lots of water, and do kick boxing On Demand ... am mad that I already missed turbo kick at the Y this morning but could have made it if I had looked up the class time last night!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Elliptical for 40 minutes

    What would I have done differently? Not use package seasoning for my beef stew - way too much sodium

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories, exercise and flush out some sodium

    What would I have done differently? didn't eat enough during the day so was ravenous when I got home and overate before during and after dinner :ohwell:

    What is today's personal goals? Keep the calories low enough for a non-exercise day

    Thanks Hoosiermomma for checking up on me!!! I had a great day today at the American Girl Doll store with my daughter (school vacation). Probably could have skipped the chocolate fondue for dessert (we shared... :noway: ) I'm still stuffed maybe a clementine or some other fruit for dinner...

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Didn't have dinner after having a big lunch

    What would I have done differently? Not eat all the fries and burger - some self control would have been nice. Ah... and there lies the problem :grumble: :noway: :grumble: :noway:
