Need some helpw/recipe
Options
I'm in the process of posting a new recipe (for cream-cheese pie). But I'm having trouble getting a calorie count for two items because of the odd measurement (the calorie counter here hasn't been much help).
2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt is way less than a full serving. But no one I know uses just 2 tablespoons.
I'm also trying to get a calorie count for 3/4 cup of sugar.
I've tried googling a decent measurement site, but with no success. Any ideas?

what are the measures for a serving of Greek yoghurt?
Do any of these conversions work: 2 Tbsps = 1/8 cup = 1 oz. = 30 grams
According to Answers.com, a cup of sugar has 774 calories. So, 3/4 cup would be 580.5 calories.
Hope that helps.0 -
Is the yogurt fat free or full fat? 2 TBL is 1/8 cup.
Greek yogurt
2 TBL of plain non fat is about 15 - 20 calories, depending on the brand. Find the CUP measurement, and make it 0.125 cup
2 TBL of plain full fat is about 30 calories, depending on the brand.
For sugar, search for:
Sugars - Granulated (sucrose)
....and change the quantity in the drop down menu to 1 cup (and make the servings at 0.75)
Hope this helps!0 -

The recipe doesn't state about fat-free/full-fat. I'm working with full-fat measurements, though. Could not find a cup measurements for Oikos (which is what's in the fridge here). Used the Trader Joe's yogurt. The calorie counter rounded it to .13 cup.
I've never tried making the recipe myself (a family member loves to make it). I'd have to tweak it with lowfat Cool Whip and lowfat yogurt. Thanks for the help--got the recipe (and a picture) posted!0
