hello,
I just figured out I can enter things manually lol.. wonder what macros should be at. Any recommendations? What's yours? Right now I am ALWAYS over on protein and was getting sick of looking at the - red. Just not sure if carbs should be higher or lower than protein ect..

Can't say what would be best for you, but what works for me is 40% carbs (almost all complex), 35% protein, 25% fat0

If your focus is cardio, higher protein, slightly higher carb, lower fat. If your focus is lifting, higher carb, slightly higher protein, lower fat. If you're lazy and don't work out higher fat, moderate protein, lower carb.0
