Hey all, I've just recently joined up here and got the app on my phone to keep myself on track! I am 71kg and would love to get to around 65 through exercise and healthy eating.

I'm 21 and just finished studying so I have a fair bit of time on my hands outside of my casual job. My partner is O/S for quite a few months so as much as I want to do it for myself, I want more confidence in the way I look so I can wow him when he returns!

I currently am trialling a gym for 2 weeks but as I can't afford to really join atm, I will probably just go for brisk walks around my area as I'm surrounded by gorgeous parkland and walk paths! I do love getting outside and walking anyway, so it doesn't feel like a chore to get 20-30mins in! Look forward to working my way around the forums :)
