Hi. My diet/exercise has been going great for the past 9 months and I have lost weight steadily. During summer I started lifting in addition to swimming (and sometimes running). And I gained visible amounts of muscle (it's not enough to call myself even remotely muscular but enough to be noticeable). Of course I was in the gym about 5-6 times a week for 1 - 1,5 hours. Of course back then I had lots of time and I tried to go to the gym at least 3 times a week since my semester started but the past few weeks leading up to finals were pretty hectic, and granted I didn't feel much like going to the gym either. Lately I've been feeling really weak and I'm not sure whether it's because I've stopped going to the gym or because I'm eating 2000 calories max (even when I exercising really hard). Can eating more/ more protein fix this or should I find the time to go to the gym?
