This recipe is amazing. A little sweet, a little sour and a little spicy. Even my husband, who does not like cooked greens period loves these.

    If ham hocks and chicken broth are not used then it can't be the best. Sorry.

    LOL, it has honey, hot pepper flakes and vinegar, and yes, it is way better than with a dead animal put in there, but feel free to throw some in if you wish.

    These things are amazing!
