Hit the 130s this week.

I felt so good to stay in the 130s nearly all week. I haven't seen much of them in the last 8 years. I would still like to lose another 6-10 pounds but I feel like I'm really in my "healthy weight" range right now. I just want to lose a little more in my thighs and tone up.

    Wow, that is awesome. I am 5 lbs away from that and have been at the 143-144 plateu forever, even working out a ton. Hard for me to keep my calories within 1600-1800. Best of luck!
